MasFit is now introducing Yoga Sculpt Classes
Yoga Sculpt is a class when muscle meets yoga. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. It incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing this class also combine weights and yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength training moves.
Bring:
a bottle of water
a towel and a yoga mat.
Weights will be provided • Temperature range is a guideline - heat may vary
Yoga Sculpt Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesday 8:30-9:30 AM
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 PM
Friday 6:30-7:30 PM
Saturday 12:30-1:30 PM
